I am hiring for a high-growth global tech business in the B2C space. The company operates at scale across European markets and is expanding its customer acquisition and brand marketing efforts.
We are looking for a Head of Media Planning and Strategy, a senior strategic role overseeing full-funnel media planning, buying, and optimisation across all channels (ATL and digital performance) for the business’s key consumer brands in EMEA. This person will lead an internal team, partner with leading media agencies, and work closely with senior commercial and marketing leaders to drive growth across multiple markets.
What we are looking for:
- Expertise in both ATL (TV, BVOD, OOH, radio, etc.) and digital performance channels (search, programmatic, social, affiliates, Apple ads, etc.)
- Strong focus on ROI, customer acquisition cost, and measurable outcomes
- Strategic leadership with hands-on understanding of execution
- Able to influence C-level stakeholders in a complex, matrixed, global organisation
- Experience operating in regulated and/or complex environments
- Broad marketing understanding (able to link media strategy to brand and business outcomes)
- Pan-European experience (localisation, regulatory nuance, multi-market campaign delivery)

- You understand how to build full-funnel media strategies that drive customer growth
- You are highly commercial, with a strong grasp of ROI, CPA and media effectiveness
- You are a strategic leader but comfortable being hands-on where needed
- You thrive in complex, fast-paced environments and can navigate global matrix organisations
- You have led multi-market campaigns, ideally across the EMEA region
- You are confident influencing senior stakeholders and enjoy building strong agency partnerships
- You have experience working in or with regulated industries (tech, FS, telco, entertainment, gaming, etc.)
- You are a collaborative leader who enjoys growing and mentoring high-performing teams
