I'm working with a growing, full-service media agency with a strong reputation for delivering performance-driven campaigns across the full channel mix. They work with an exciting range of brands and are known for a collaborative, ambitious culture where people genuinely thrive. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the team, someone who can hit the ground running, take real ownership of client relationships, and help drive outstanding campaign results.
The Role
You'll be the go-to person for a set of clients, building strong relationships, keeping communication sharp, and ensuring delivery is consistently high. Campaign performance sits with you, you'll be close to the numbers, driving optimisations and turning insight into clear recommendations. You'll work closely with senior leadership to help shape media plans and contribute your thinking to strategy. There's a small team around you to lead and develop, so people management and mentoring will be part of your week. You'll keep things running smoothly behind the scenes; quality, process, and operational rigour matter here. Commercially, you'll have an eye on account growth and contribute to new business activity when the opportunity arises.
What They're Looking For
- Solid agency background with 4–5+ years in paid media or performance marketing.
- Strong working knowledge across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic; you need to be comfortable across all three.
- Offline channel experience (TV, Radio, OOH) would be a nice addition but won't make or break an application.
- A natural client person, confident, clear, and good at managing expectations.
- Some experience of looking after junior team members, even informally.
- Someone who's organised, proactive, and takes pride in the detail.
Why Join?
- Broad channel exposure across a varied brand portfolio; no two days look the same.
- Real scope to lead, develop people, and have your voice heard.
- A seat at the table when it comes to strategy and planning.
- A genuinely good culture, collaborative, supportive, and growing.
If this sounds like the kind of role you've been waiting for, I'd love to tell you more.
