We’re proud to be partnering with a growing, innovative tech firm as they expand their commercial presence across Scotland. They’re now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and deliver sustainable success within the commercial sector.

The Role

As Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing a sales strategy that strengthens the company’s footprint across Scotland. You’ll identify new opportunities, nurture key client relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that add real value to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from initial contact through to contract negotiation and close
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align solutions with client needs
