I’m currently working with a well-established, privately owned healthcare provider based in Birmingham that is looking to expand its in-house development team. This is a great opportunity for a Software Developer at any stage of their career, whether you’re a junior looking for your first solid role or a senior developer seeking more ownership and impact. The Role
You’ll be joining a collaborative development team responsible for maintaining and enhancing core business applications. These are primarily desktop-based systems that play a critical role in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain desktop applications using WinForms
- Work across the full software development lifecycle
- Build clean, efficient, and maintainable code using C# and .NET
- Work with databases via Entity Framework
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing systems
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical team members

- Exposure to .NET and C# (academic or commercial)
- Basic understanding of databases and ORMs
