I’m currently partnering with a rapidly scaling digital banking organisation to appoint a Director of Brand Operations, a pivotal leadership role supporting continued international growth across multiple regulated markets.
This is a highly strategic and operationally focused opportunity, ideally suited to a senior leader with deep expertise operating within regulated B2C financial services environments. The business is specifically seeking someone who has built, scaled, and led Brand Operations functions within complex organisations where governance, compliance, regulatory oversight, and operational excellence are business-critical.
This is not a traditional Brand or Marketing leadership role. Instead, the focus is firmly on Brand Operations, creating structure, strengthening governance, mitigating operational risk, driving consistency across markets, and ensuring brand activity is delivered compliantly and efficiently at scale.
- 15+ years’ experience within regulated B2C environments, ideally across banking, fintech, insurance, or wider financial services
- A proven track record building and leading Brand Operations functions within complex, high-growth organisations
- Deep understanding of brand governance, regulatory compliance, approval frameworks, and operational delivery
- Experience operating across multiple international markets and navigating varying regulatory requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner across Brand, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Executive leadership teams
