We're partnering with a highly respected integrated media agency to recruit an Account Manager to join their growing team. Working across a diverse portfolio of clients, you'll play a key role in developing, managing and optimising paid media campaigns while acting as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients.

The Role

As Account Manager, you'll take ownership of client relationships and campaign delivery across a range of paid media channels. You'll work closely with internal specialists and senior stakeholders to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned, performance-driven and delivering measurable business results. This role offers the opportunity to work on integrated campaigns, contribute to strategic planning, and develop your commercial and client leadership skills within a successful agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of clients, building trust and confidence through excellent service delivery
  • Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and other relevant channels
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and return on investment
  • Analyse data and provide actionable insights, recommendations and performance reporting
  • Lead regular client meetings, reviews and campaign discussions
  • Work collaboratively with wider media, planning and creative teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to agreed objectives
  • Support senior team members with strategic planning and account growth initiatives
  • Stay informed on platform developments, industry trends and emerging opportunities
