Are you passionate about improving business processes and driving operational efficiency? We’re working with a leading professional services firm that is looking to hire a Business Process Analyst to support a range of strategic transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Role

As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll play a key role in mapping, analysing, and optimising core business processes across various departments. You\’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand pain points, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements that enhance service delivery, reduce waste, and support long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business teams to capture and document current-state processes using tools such as process maps and flowcharts
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardisation
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and challenge existing ways of working
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement future-state processes
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Monitor the impact of improvements and report on measurable outcomes
  • Support change management initiatives and ensure business adoption of new processes

What We\’re Looking For

βœ… Proven experience in business process mapping, analysis, or continuous improvement roles

βœ… Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN

βœ… Experience using process improvement tools (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio)

βœ… Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

βœ… Ability to translate complex processes into clear and actionable solutions

βœ… Experience within a professional services, legal, or consultancy environment is a plus
