Affiliate Executive

The role: Senior Affiliate Executive – iGaming

RELOCATION REQUIRED

Location: Gibraltar (3 days per week in-office) or Spain (open to 3 days in Gibraltar office)

Salary: £45,000 + up to 10% bonus

Start date: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate)

We’re working with a growing iGaming company to find a Senior Affiliate Executive to join their established performance marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with affiliate marketing experience in the iGaming or betting space (or open to moving into this space), looking to join a collaborative team with strong growth plans!

You can be based in Gibraltar, open to relocating from the UK, or living in Spain and happy to commute to Gibraltar three days a week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and grow affiliate partnerships across multiple markets
• Work closely with affiliate execs, peers, and leadership to drive acquisition performance
• Contribute to the wider performance marketing strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise campaign outcomes and partner success

What They’re Looking For:

• 1 year min + in affiliate marketing within iGaming/betting sector (or interest to move into this)
• Backgrounds welcomed: in-house, agency-side (casino or sportsbook clients), or affiliate networks
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
