We’re partnered with a leading Value-Added Reseller (VAR) that\’s looking to bring in an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of two major enterprise clients. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a high-impact role and play a key part in driving growth within a well-respected and fast-moving IT business.
💼 What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and nurturing relationships with two large, strategically important customers
- Identifying new opportunities to grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence
- Acting as a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them achieve their goals through technology
🎯 What We\’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in account management, ideally within a VAR, MSP or IT solutions environment
- A commercial mindset and a track record of growing customer accounts
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisations
- A proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit
📍Location: Flexible/Hybrid (UK-based)
