We're looking for an ambitious Account Executive, Paid Media to join our clients talented team in Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 1 year's experience in paid media, who is eager to develop their skills, work with fantastic clients, and progress their career within a supportive and fast-paced agency environment.
Reporting directly to the Account Manager, you'll play a key role in the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the management and optimisation of paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Assisting with campaign planning, implementation and performance monitoring.
- Conducting keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis.
- Producing campaign reports and sharing insights and recommendations with the wider team.
- Working closely with Account Managers and specialists to deliver exceptional client results.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, platform updates and best practices.
- Helping ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on paid media experience, ideally within an agency environment.
- Experience with Paid Search (Google Ads) is essential or strongly preferred.
- Experience with Paid Social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
