A growing international software business is looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager to join its People team on a 6 month fixed term contract. This role has the potential to extend to a 12 month FTC and could become a permanent role after this period. The salary is £50,000 and ideally need you in the office 2-3 days a week. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys managing the full hiring lifecycle and partnering closely with stakeholders across technology, product, commercial, and business functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting global growth initiatives across the UK, Europe, North America, South Africa, and other international markets.

The position would suit someone who is confident sourcing high quality talent directly, building talent pipelines, and navigating fast moving hiring environments. The role will involve:

  • Managing end to end recruitment processes from briefing through to onboarding
  • Recruiting across software engineering, product, business, and commercial roles with a focus on the USA
  • Partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring strategies
  • Building talent communities and engaging passive candidates through direct sourcing
  • Supporting international hiring projects and recruitment initiatives
  • Creating engaging LinkedIn content and employer branding activity
  • Supporting onboarding and wider people projects where required

The ideal background:

  • Previous experience managing full lifecycle recruitment
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management capability
  • Experience recruiting within technology, product, or commercial environments
  • Comfortable working across multiple geographies and evolving role requirements
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Proactive, organised, and solutions focused approach

Experience with ATS platforms such as Workable would be beneficial, alongside exposure to international recruitment markets.
