Recruitment Resourcer - No experience needed! in City of London

A growing organisation is seeking an experienced Technology Recruiter to join on a contract basis, working directly within the business and fully on site in London. This is a hands-on recruitment delivery role, focused on active sourcing, pipeline building, and supporting hiring managers with live demand. The successful contractor will be close to the work and accountable for delivery. You'll be focused on hiring Software Engineers alongside UX and Product roles Market mapping, headhunting, and proactive candidate outreach Maintaining a high-quality candidate experience Keeping ATS data accurate and usable Senior-level Talent Acquisition experience In-house recruitment experience or RPO/Embedded (previous agency experience is great though!) A Tech Recruitment background Happy to be on site five days per week Location: London, on site five days per week Contract: Inside IR35 (12 months) Start: ASAP
