A growing organisation is seeking an experienced Technology Recruiter to join on a contract basis, working directly within the business and fully on site in London. This is a hands-on recruitment delivery role, focused on active sourcing, pipeline building, and supporting hiring managers with live demand. The successful contractor will be close to the work and accountable for delivery.
- You'll be focused on hiring Software Engineers alongside UX and Product roles
- Market mapping, headhunting, and proactive candidate outreach
- Maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
- Keeping ATS data accurate and usable
- Senior-level Talent Acquisition experience
- In-house recruitment experience or RPO/Embedded (previous agency experience is great though!)
- A Tech Recruitment background
- Happy to be on site five days per week
Location: London, on site five days per week
Contract: Inside IR35 (12 months)
