James Adams has partnered with the flagship Media Agency that is part of one of the Top 6 global agency networks. Our customer is looking to hire an AV Account Director to work across a portfolio and range of high-profile client accounts and household names across industries like food and drink, automotive, fashion, and even the top UK broadcasting companies.

Their AV Team is one of the most highly rated in the industry and they repeatedly deliver excellent client outcomes with award-winning and brand-defining campaigns with a truly global remit. They have a great deal of industry knowledge in their team, and this is a great opportunity to not only work with some awesome customers but also learn with an experienced and high-performing team!

The role in a nutshell
You will be managing a team made up of a manager and two executives , with each team being responsible for a different portfolio of clients. The AV team is responsible for planning, buying, and monitoring video advertising on TV, VOD, cinema, audio, and CTV. In this role, you will report into a Performance Director .

Our client is offering a salary of up to £55k per annum .

This role is based in London, and our client operates on a hybrid model offering 2 days in office and the rest WFM .

What we’re looking for

  • Strong background and drive across planning and buying Audio-Visual media (TV, VOD, Cinema & Audio).
  • Strong leadership skills and people management skills.
  • 5 years + Media Agency experience.
  • Solid strategy and planning experience.
  • Excellent client management skills.
