These vehicles promise to transform the transportation sector with innovative, eco-friendly solutions tailored to meet the needs of the UK\’s van drivers and fleets. We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and passionate Key Account Manager to join our growing team to work on the expansion of the ground-breaking Farizon SuperVAN across the UK market. You will be responsible for achieving specific sales goals both for a given customer portfolio and new leads while also delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the process. Develop and execute customer account plans to achieve predetermined operational targets in alignment with national targets Engage with new accounts, build relationships with existing customers. Work closely with Marketing and Finance teams to develop successful commercial proposals and timely delivery of vehicles to customers. Ensure sales processes are efficient and documented and customer complaints are managed effectively. Continuously monitor and analyse sales achievements, assisting Kaizen activities as well as adjustment to business strategies to achieve sales targets. Strong experience in a client facing environment specifically within Light Commercial Vehicle Sales. Electric Vehicle sales to large fleets is preferred.
