Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven National Leasing & Fleet Manager to join the UK Sales team, reporting to the Head of Sales.

This is a nationally focused, field-based role responsible for developing and managing Farizon UK’s relationships with contract hire, leasing, fleet management and salary sacrifice partners.

This is a strategically critical position with a dedicated focus on the UK leasing and fleet landscape, particularly across the FN50.

The role will involve managing a small number of key strategic partners while maintaining broader engagement across the market, ensuring strong brand visibility and sustained commercial growth.

It is a relationship-led, data-informed role suited to someone who can balance strategic account management with detailed commercial analysis, working closely with partners to shape competitive leasing propositions and drive vehicle adoption across fleet channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales
  • Develop and deliver a national contract hire and leasing strategy aligned with Farizon UK’s sales objectives.
  • Identify, engage and secure new leasing, fleet management and contract hire partners across the UK.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within leasing companies and fleet operators.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and frameworks to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Generate and manage a robust pipeline across leasing and fleet channels.
  • Deliver agreed sales volume, market share and profitability targets.
  • Account Management
  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with national leasing companies and fleet partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key leasing counterparts across multiple stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth and optimisation opportunities.
  • Support partners with pricing, product information, availability and market insight.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and partner engagement.
  • Fleet & Market Development
  • Promote Farizon’s electric commercial vehicle range across the UK leasing and fleet sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the FN50 leasing landscape.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with partners to increase awareness and adoption within key customer segments.
  • Support the development of fleet campaigns, programmes and initiatives.
  • Commercial Management
  • Work closely with leasing partners on pricing, positioning and commercial structures.
  • Analyse underlying data to inform pricing strategies and enhance competitiveness.
  • Collaborate to develop attractive monthly rental propositions.
  • Support residual value discussions and fleet remarketing strategies.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting and budget management.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales and wider Sales team to deliver fleet growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing on fleet-focused campaigns and industry engagement.
  • Support dealer partners in developing local fleet opportunities.
  • Represent Farizon UK at industry events, exhibitions and customer meetings.
  • Build strong internal relationships across sales, finance, aftersales and operations teams.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience in fleet, leasing, contract hire, or automotive business to business sales.
  • Strong understanding of the UK leasing and fleet management landscape, ideally FN50.
  • Established network within leasing companies and fleet operators.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering and exceeding commercial sales targets.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into pricing and commercial decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable

  • Experience within an original equipment manufacturer environment or with leasing providers.
  • Exposure to electric vehicles and commercial vehicle sectors.
  • Knowledge of salary sacrifice schemes and fleet funding structures.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and reporting tools.
