We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead group‑level marketing activity across our automotive retail operations. This role sits within Jameel Motors UK Auto Retail, supporting both Farizon that launched their innovative SV in the UK in 2025 and AION that is coming to market in the Spring of 2026 to launch their EV models.
As part of a growing, future‑focused automotive group, you’ll play a key role in shaping the marketing presence of two innovative, electrification‑driven businesses entering the UK market. This is a high‑visibility role with real scope to shape the marketing function, and we’re open to developing the right person who brings strong fundamentals and ambition to grow.
About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll create and deliver integrated strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across new, used, aftersales, and fleet channels. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Aftersales, and OEM partners to translate national objectives into high‑performing local activity. You’ll oversee multi‑channel campaigns, spanning digital, social, CRM, paid media, and in‑store activation, ensuring all activity delivers measurable commercial impact. Experience with EV/NEV is a bonus, not a requirement, but the role does involve supporting customer education and market positioning around electrification. Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and lead quality. Use customer and market insight to continuously optimise marketing spend and effectiveness. Manage marketing budgets with strong commercial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated retail marketing plans aligned to business targets.
- Deliver campaigns across digital, social, CRM, paid media, and showroom environments.
- Optimise lead generation activity through performance tracking and insight.
- Support positioning and customer messaging for EV/NEV products.
- Manage agencies, OEM teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment.
- Provide regular campaign performance reporting with clear commercial outcomes.
- Maintain strong budget ownership and continuously optimise marketing spend.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in automotive retail marketing (dealer group, retailer, OEM, or automotive‑focused agency).
- Understanding of sales and aftersales funnels in a retail automotive environment.
- Experience delivering digital‑led marketing campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Exposure to EV / NEV / electrified vehicle marketing.
- Experience supporting new brand launches, start‑up OEMs, or new market entrants.
- Knowledge of EV customer journeys, incentives, charging solutions, or sustainability messaging.
- Fleet or B2B marketing experience within automotive.
Personal Attributes
- Commercial, proactive, and solutions‑focused.
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
- Data‑driven with strong attention to detail.
- Passionate about automotive and emerging mobility technologies.
