LSL Capital is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing boutique hospitality group. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for a creatively driven digital thinker who can balance strategy with execution, manage multiple premium brands, and confidently work across social, content, paid media and digital communications. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Creative Director / Founder, you’ll play a key role in shaping and safeguarding the digital presence of our brands - ensuring social feeds are on brand, content is thoughtful and elevated, and performance is continually reviewed and refined. This role suits someone who is flexible, detail-focused and thrives in a high-energy environment, with the ability to switch between big-picture thinking and day-to-day delivery.
The Role
You will act as the day-to-day digital lead across the group, managing external agencies while also being comfortable creating content in-house when needed. You’ll support social and paid strategy, oversee execution, and ensure every digital touchpoint reflects the standards of a high-end hospitality brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy, Management & Content
- Oversee and manage the social media agency across multiple LSL Capital brands
- Ensure brand tone, visual identity and content standards are consistently upheld
- Review, feedback on and approve content calendars, copy and creative – alongside Creative Director
- Create social content in-house when required (copy, light visuals, stories, reels)
- Support the development and delivery of the group social strategy, working alongside Head of Marketing & Creative Director
- Manage day-to-day community engagement, where needed
- Brand & Creative Oversight
- Act as a brand guardian across all digital platforms
- Work closely with the Creative Director and Head of Marketing to ensure alignment with brand vision
- Support photoshoots alongside the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing, including planning, shot lists, content capture and post-shoot asset usage
- Confidently manage multiple premium brands simultaneously, adapting tone and style accordingly
- Paid Digital & Performance
- Co-manage the paid digital agency (PPC, Meta and paid social) alongside the Head of Marketing
- Review campaign performance, budgets and optimisation opportunities
- Feed insights back into wider digital and content strategy
- Newsletters & Digital Communications
- Plan, write, schedule and analyse newsletters across the group
- Support database growth and engagement initiatives
- Assist with website content updates, ensuring accuracy, relevance and brand alignment – alongside Marketing Manager & Head of Marketing
- Analytics, Reporting & Insight
- Track and report on social, paid and digital performance across platforms
- Produce clear monthly reports with insights, learnings and recommendations
- Use data to inform strategy, content direction and optimisation
About You
- Proven experience in digital & social marketing, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle or luxury brands
- A strategic thinker who is also happy to be hands-on with content creation
- Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple brands and priorities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing agencies and multiple stakeholders
- Creatively minded with a strong eye for visuals, tone and storytelling
- Strong understanding of social platforms, paid media and performance metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using social management tools, analytics platforms, CRM and CMS systems
- Hospitality experience is highly desirable
