My client is a long-established power engineering business with more than 40 years behind it.

- Set the strategy, operating model and multi-year roadmap for the Delivery function
- Own portfolio performance across safety, programme, cost, margin and client satisfaction
- Lead contract management under NEC/FIDIC, including change control, variations, claims and compensation events
- Work with Commercial and Engineering to shape bids so that new work can be delivered profitably
- Build and develop the team, recruiting PMs, project engineers, planners and project controls staff

If you’re a delivery leader who is as comfortable in the boardroom as on site, and you want a role where your decisions shape the business, I’d welcome a confidential conversation. Know someone this fits? A tag or share would be appreciated.
