A growing project consultancy with a real point of difference that sets them apart from their competitors is looking for a number of Quantity Surveyors (Senior, Principal and Lead). You’ll be based on one of their largest customer’s site 4 days a week and will be working on complex infrastructure projects.
The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll provide expert contractual and commercial advice across the lifecycle of projects whilst ensuring cost control and risk management. The role combines both hands on QS delivery across pre and post contract stages alongside strong stakeholder management. Depending on your level and experience you may also undertake a mentoring or leadership role within the team.

To succeed in the role of Quantity Survey you’ll need a strong commercial background with a proven track record of managing complex contractual environments, especially NEC forms. This experience will need to have been gained within infrastructure / major construction projects.
