Senior Property Surveyor- Construction

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor Salary: Up to £65,000p/a (car allowance on top) A well-established company is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team within their Social Housing projects. This role is available on a hybrid working basis, you\’ll be likely to work 2-3 days in the office. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you\’ll be assisting the Commercial Manager providing contract and financial management for projects whilst holding relationships with key stakeholders and external clients. You\’ll also be assisting the Commercial Manager with overseeing and managing a small team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors. Previous experience working in the Construction or Social Housing as a Quantity Surveyor. Previous experience managing subcontractors. Qualification within Quantity Surveyor is essential. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you\’ll be on a salary up to £65,000.
