Job Description

A global consultancy is looking for a number of Project Controllers to join their growing team which works across multiple industries including, but not limited to, civil infrastructure, data centres, defence and energy. Please note that the roles are available on a hybrid basis – generally 3-4 days per week in the office / customer site (various sites available across the UK) and 1-2 days per week at home. There are roles available from Engineer through to Manager.

The Role

As a Project Controller, you’ll be working on projects of varying sizes and complexity and, depending on your level, your responsibilities will include

  • Establishing project governance and processes
  • Preparing and maintaining the project schedules and master project plan.
  • Delivering end to end service
  • Acting as the key client interface
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, to cost and to the appropriate quality.

To succeed as a Project Controller within this business you’ll need to have strong project controls experience along with knowledge of P6. In addition, your project experience will need to have been on engineering, construction or civil projects. Please note, applications from candidates with an IT project management background cannot be considered.

The Package

As a Project Controller within this business, you'll receive a salary of between £40,000 and £75,000 and other benefits including pension (up to 5% employer contribution), private medical insurance, 25 days' (plus bank holidays) and flexible working. In addition, the company is committed to both training and development along with career progression.
