Essential skillsets

  • Proven experience commissioning and testing LV Switchgear or similar electrical systems, including fault finding and diagnostics
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings, with experience completing commissioning documentation and client handovers
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety, QHSE standards, and safe working practices on manufacturing and customer sites
  • Excellent communication skills with experience working alongside customers, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks and meeting project deadlines
  • Experience with modular power solutions or data centre projects
  • Manufacturing environment experience and relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ, HNC/HND, City & Guilds or equivalent)
