The Opportunity
Our client, a well-established engineering consultancy specialising in water and wastewater infrastructure, is seeking a skilled Revit Technician to join their growing design team. With a head office in Glasgow and additional presence in London and across key Midlands client sites, this role offers excellent flexibility with predominantly remote working.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to major water treatment and wastewater projects, delivering high-quality 3D models and technical drawings that support critical infrastructure across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D models using Revit for water and wastewater treatment facilities
- Produce accurate technical drawings and documentation to support design and construction phases
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, designers, and project managers
- Ensure models comply with project standards, BIM protocols, and industry regulations
- Support coordination and clash detection processes
Requirements
- Strong, demonstrable experience using Revit in a technical design environment
- Previous experience working on water treatment or wastewater projects
- Solid understanding of 3D modelling and BIM workflows
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing deadlines
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Civil 3D
- Familiarity with UK water industry standards and project environments
