Salary: £60,000 – £70,000p/a (dependent on experience) & Company Car.

The Company

A well-established company is looking for a Head of Operations to join their growing company, leading their Fire Door Division. This role is a hybrid position where you will be required to visit both the site & office.

The Role

As a Head of Operations, you will lead, manage and optimise daily operations across all fire door projects whilst ensuring compliance with all fire safety regulations. You’ll also liaise with relevant stakeholders alongside overseeing scheduling, workforce allocation and project delivery timelines striving for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of the division.

Required Skills / Experience

  • Proven experience in operational leadership within Fire Door industry (Essential).
  • Excellent leadership, communication & project leading skills.
  • Fire Stopping experience & knowledge (Advantageous).
  • Valid UK driving licence.
