Role: Fire Surveyor

Location: Various locations available (Birmingham, London, Manchester Leeds)

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000p/a dependent on experience (company vehicle, travel & food allowance included)

The Company

A well-established company is looking for Fire Surveyors to join their growing team focusing on their passive fire projects. This role is a remote position with required travel to different sites.

The Role

As a Fire Surveyor, you’ll be accurately surveying and undertaking inspections on passive fire projects at both existing buildings and construction sites within various sectors such as healthcare, education, industrial and more. Within your inspections, surveys and building audits you’ll be focusing on fire stopping, fire doors and cavity barriers within passive fire ensuring that the passive fire protection is adhering to certified details and requirements.

Required Skills / Experience

  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Proven experience as a Surveyor within passive fire protection is essential.
  • Relevant training or qualifications within passive fire stopping and/or fire protection.
  • You must be a team player, able to communicate effectively and able to manage your own workload.
