A global consultancy is seeking experienced Programme Directors to join its expanding team delivering major infrastructure programmes across sectors including civil infrastructure, data centres, defence, and energy. The roles are hybrid: 3 days per week in the office/customer site (various sites across the UK) and 2 days per week at home. These permanent roles focus on large infrastructure projects in the defence and nuclear sectors, acting as the key interface between the client and the construction partners.
Responsibilities
- Deliver complex, high‑value programmes (£250m+ minimum, ideally £1bn+) such as Crossrail, Hinkley Point C, or Thames Tideway.
- Provide programme leadership, governance, risk management and project controls.
- Manage commercial/contract aspects under NEC3/NEC4.
- Engage stakeholders within complex environments.
Qualifications
- Proven track record delivering complex programmes in civil infrastructure, defence or energy.
- Strong experience in programme leadership, governance, risk management, project controls and commercial/contract management.
- Familiarity with NEC3 or NEC4 contract frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
