Exeter - Ground Mount Solar project
Essential Skillset:
- 3-5+ years' experience in site supervision or site management
- Ground Mount Solar Farm experience essential
- Experience managing subcontractors and site activities
- Strong understanding of HSQE and CDM requirements
- SMSTS essential
- Able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
- Experience carrying out site inspections, quality checks and snagging
- Confident delivering toolbox talks and site briefings
- Able to produce daily and weekly progress reports
- Strong communication skills with subcontractors, suppliers, clients and Project Managers
- Ability to identify and manage site risks, delays and issues
- IOSH / NEBOSH desirable
