JAM is seeking an experienced Construction Quantity Surveyor for an 18-month contract (24 hours per week) with hybrid working in Glasgow. You will manage the commercial and financial aspects of construction projects, including cost planning, procurement, contract administration, valuations and financial control.
Essential experience includes a proven QS background in UK construction, NEC contracts, strong commercial awareness, and a degree in QS or related field.
