The Company

A well-established company is looking for a Contracts Manager to join one of their growing teams within their Passive Fire Protection projects, focusing on Fire Dampers. This role is available on a hybrid basis with ad hoc travel for meetings.

The Role

As a Contracts Manager, you’ll develop specifications for the outsourced service, ensuring projects are correctly mobilized and planned. You’ll review and validate payment applications, ensure contract specifications are followed, lead contractual discussions and clarifications with stakeholders, and assist the commercial team with invoice information. Additionally, you\’ll manage project budgets and ensure all onsite practices adhere to safety and quality standards, fostering a ‘right first time’ culture.

Required Skills / Experience

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within Healthcare or Social Housing sectors.
  • Experience focusing on fire dampers within Passive Fire Protection (desirable).
  • Strong financial and communication skills.
  • Understanding of health and safety & quality standards.
