Our client is a leading organisation within the UK nuclear sector, delivering complex, high-value projects across fuel reprocessing, next-generation civil nuclear new build, and critical defence programmes.
Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking Process Engineers at Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Principal Engineer levels to join their expanding teams.
As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and optimisation of complex process systems within highly regulated environments.
- Process design and development for nuclear facilities and systems
- Production of key engineering deliverables
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Ensuring compliance with nuclear regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Technical problem-solving across the full project lifecycle (concept through to commissioning)
- Leading complex work packages or projects
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering or related discipline
- Experience in process engineering within a regulated industry
- Significant experience in process engineering roles
- Proven delivery of engineering design work packages
- Extensive experience leading process engineering activities
- Strong track record in complex project delivery
- Nuclear industry experience is highly desirable at this level
- Experience in safety case development and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with UK nuclear standards and regulatory frameworks
