Are you an experienced Recruiter looking for your next challenge in management? Or have you got management experience that is being underutilised and want an opportunity to make your mark? If any of these answers are 'yes', then you'll be a great fit for the next generation of the JAM Management Team.

The Recruitment Team Leader will work alongside our rapidly expanding new business contract team to drive permanent growth in the same market. The successful leader will be leading from the front, developing the permanent engineering market in the EU by directly managing the full recruitment life cycle and implementing innovative recruitment solutions for our customers.

As the Team Leader, you'll be developing a team in the same market by training, building, and managing Recruiters to follow your successes. With case studies spanning over 25 years, JAM has a great foundation if you're looking to grow and develop your career.

  • Strong history of delivering recruitment solutions into engineering or tech businesses
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Developing customer relationships through networking and relationship management
  • An ambition to build a successful sales team and driven on results

You’ll also have an inquisitive nature, be ambitious and passionate, as well as motivated to really make an impact both internally and externally.

In return, you’ll be supported with a bespoke training and development plan as well as the following:

  • A competitive salary in line with your experience (£45k - £55k)
  • Uncapped commission/bonus structure (OTE £100k)
