AM Staffing Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Picker / Packer on behalf of our Kingswinford based client. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced warehouse environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position after 13 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle materials safely and efficiently, including loading and unloading goods
- Pick and pack orders accurately using manual pick sheets
- Stock items and maintain an organised warehouse inventory
- Carry out quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Assist with heavy lifting when required, following safe manual handling procedures
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised working environment
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a picking and packing or warehouse role
- Good levels of written and spoken English
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
