JAM Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for dedicated Assemblers on behalf of our manufacturing client based in Dudley. Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates. Successful applicants will be required to complete an on-site 'walk round' before being given a start date. Full training will be provided for successful candidates. Immediate starts available.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Use power tools and hand tools effectively to complete assembly tasks.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled items to ensure they meet required standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS ASSEMBLY/HAND TOOLS EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.
Working hours:
Day and afternoon shifts available.
Days:
- Monday-Thursday, 08:00-16:30 and Fridays, 08:00-13:30. Pay rate- £12.21 per hour.
- Afternoons: Monday-Thursday, 14:15-23:45 (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays off). Pay rate- £14.65 per hour.
Expected hours: 37 hours per week.
