The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing sales opportunities over the phone, working closely with internal teams to maximise revenue and develop lasting customer relationships. This role offers the chance to grow into a Business Development Manager position in the future. Key responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers

  • Building rapport and developing strong relationships with decision-makers

  • Identifying sales opportunities and converting leads into orders

  • Working towards and achieving sales targets

  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads and customer information

  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
