Are you looking for your next contract opportunity?Job Summary:We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a large-scale ground-mounted Solar PV project in Milton Keynes.You will be responsible for supervising subcontractors, managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise subcontractors and daily site activitiesOversee ground-mounted Solar PV installation worksEnsure HSQE and CDM requirements are metDeliver toolbox talks and monitor site safetyMonitor workmanship and installation qualityReport progress, risks, delays and issues to the Project ManagerSupport snagging, quality checks and project completionAct as the main on-site contact for subcontractors and suppliersEssential Experience:3-5 years' site supervision experienceGround-mounted Solar PV experience - essentialExperience working on large-scale solar or renewable energy projectsStrong subcontractor management experienceGood understanding of HSQE and UK construction regulationsAbility to read technical drawings and specificationsStrong leadership and communication skillsSMSTS - essentialFirst Aid - essentialDesirable:IOSH / NEBOSHExperience working on large-scale renewable energy projectsStrong site quality and snagging experienceIf this sounds like a good fit for you, please get in touch with Kate Blackwell at JAM Recruitment.
