We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a large-scale ground-mounted Solar PV project in Milton Keynes.
You will be responsible for supervising subcontractors, managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise subcontractors and daily site activities
- Oversee ground-mounted Solar PV installation works
- Ensure HSQE and CDM requirements are met
- Deliver toolbox talks and monitor site safety
- Monitor workmanship and installation quality
- Report progress, risks, delays and issues to the Project Manager
- Support snagging, quality checks and project completion
- Act as the main on-site contact for subcontractors and suppliers
Essential Experience:
- 3-5 years' site supervision experience
- Ground-mounted Solar PV experience - essential
- Experience working on large-scale solar or renewable energy projects
- Strong subcontractor management experience
- Good understanding of HSQE and UK construction regulations
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- SMSTS - essential
- First Aid - essential
Desirable:
- IOSH / NEBOSH
- Experience working on large-scale renewable energy projects
- Strong site quality and snagging experience
