This is a great opportunity to work within one of the UK's leading Defence organisations based across Preston sites. (Hybrid working 2-3 days per week on site). Core Duties * Working to deliver a high value tender framework * Supporting the day to day to tender activities * Managing tender documents which align with the agreed strategy * Developing tender criteria which support the required outcomes * Managing the appropriate assessment criteria with key stakeholders * Setting incentivisation targets which support project outcomes though KPI's * Enforcing strict tender process and protocols throughout both development, production, and pricing phases * Supporting governance needs within a complex project environment * Managing the ITT programme elements * Utilising COUPA software platform to build, update and manage a tender process * Working with the team and key stakeholders to align the ITT outputs and production of final outcome reports * Supporting development of the head contract terms and conditions, and associated call off contracts * Agreeing and being involved in contract finalisation process * Managing queries both during the run up to and throughout the pricing stage, related to both ITT and Contract queries * Working within a high security environment Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications * Able to manage multiple stakeholders * Honest and open in approach * Able to work as part of a professional team * Experience of Supplier Relationship Management during tender process * Experience of commercial terms associated with construction and infrastructure delivery * Capable of dealing with ambiguity and change in a tender process * Familiar with UK Construction Supply Chain * Experience of procuring high value NEC contracts For more information please contact Lauren Morley at JAM Recruitment or click apply.
