Flexible working and ongoing professional development are part of the package, ensuring your contribution is recognised and your growth is encouraged.Role Responsibilities:- Manage a large and varied portfolio of clients.- Oversee the delivery of complex US and UK tax compliance work.- Provide strategic advisory support to clients.- Lead client relationships, ensuring high standards and managing expectations.- Develop junior team members and contribute to the growth of the US practice.- Oversee billing and identify opportunities for additional support.- Work closely with Partners and Directors on advisory projects.- Ensure all work aligns with internal quality and risk management procedures.- Build strong relationships with intermediaries and professional advisers.The Person:- Ideally ATT or CTA qualified, with either an EA or CPA qualification.- Significant experience in US/UK private client tax.- Strong technical expertise and the ability to build trusted client relationships.- Experience managing a client portfolio, covering both compliance and advisory work.- Proven ability to lead and support team members.- Strong analytical skills, sound judgement, and excellent organisation.Ready to make an impact?
