The Company
A well-established company is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team within their Water projects. This role is available on a hybrid working basis, you'll be likely to work 3 - 4 days on site.
The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be actively preparing and managing forecasts, budgets and financial reports throughout different projects whilst negotiating and managing contracts. Also, you'll manage the procurement processes, including subcontractor management whilst working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to provide cost advice, risk assessments and support.
Required Skills / Experience
- Previous experience working in the Water sector as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Experience within NEC3 / NEC4 is essential.
- Previous experience managing subcontractors.
The Package
