A global consultancy is seeking experienced Programme Directors to join its expanding team delivering major infrastructure programmes across sectors including civil infrastructure, data centres, defence, and energy. These permanent roles are available on a hybrid basis and will focus on huge infrastructure projects in the defence and nuclear sectors. You will act as the key interface between the client and the construction partners to ensure successful programme delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver large-scale infrastructure programmes (£250m+ minimum, ideally £1bn+).
  • Act as the primary interface between the client and construction partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Provide programme leadership, governance, risk management, project controls, and stakeholder engagement within complex environments.
  • Manage commercial and contract aspects (NEC3 / NEC4) where applicable.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Proven track record delivering complex, high-value construction/infrastructure programmes (£250m+ minimum, ideally £1bn+).
  • Experience in programme leadership, governance, risk management, project controls, commercial/contract management (NEC3 / NEC4), and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience working on large defence or nuclear sector projects is a plus.
