Key Deliverables:
- Co-ordinate with the Design Support Professional to review resource loading and levelling for execution.
- Provide context for reports regarding the critical path, key milestones for the necessary delivery forums.
- Update commentary on relevant slides for Weekly Delivery Review.
- Lead and co-ordinate the change control process to ensure change is governed effectively.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to inform what actions need to be taken to improve baseline delivery.
- Co-ordinate the impact assessments of emergent work (rework, VOIDs etc.) on the schedule and update the Project manager with the results.
- Attend Blocked Review to provide updates on issues to drive enablement.
