This award-winning accountancy firm (non-Big-4) is actively seeking a Senior Manager to lead their growing employment tax team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an existing client portfolio whilst ensuring high standards are maintained within operational teams.
You will be responsible for delivering industry leading advisory and compliance services to a diverse range of individual and international clients. You will lead the development of recommendations and implementation plans, making informed decisions in complex areas. You will drive innovation and deliver creative solutions to ensure clients attain their objectives. You will play an active role in contributing to attaining team goals and ensuring your team is managed and developed effectively.
The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in employment tax both compliance.
