As a crucial member of our growing team, you will play an integral role in sourcing top candidates across these innovative sectors. We are seeking an experienced Delivery Consultant to contribute to our ongoing success.
You should have a minimum of 12 months of recent technical recruitment experience, preferably within engineering or a technical market. Strong communication abilities are essential, as you will liaise with candidates and clients daily in this fast-paced opportunity. Organisational skills are vital too, as you'll seamlessly manage multiple tasks. This is a hybrid role based at our Cheadle office, with 3 days each week spent on-site. It comes on the back of a mix of new business growth and new client wins - an exciting time to join!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching and sourcing skilled candidates
- Headhunting passive candidates using the latest technology
- Screening and interviewing potential candidates
- Building an extensive network of contacts
- Finding talent for innovative clients
- Promoting roles by crafting engaging job adverts
