Ethos Engineering is seeking an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to support the delivery of major data centre, pharmaceutical, commercial and mission-critical projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Commission and test Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Complete point-to-point, I/O, and functional testing.
  • Diagnose and resolve commissioning issues.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure successful system handover.
  • Produce commissioning documentation and reports.


Requirements

  • Proven BMS commissioning experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC controls and BMS systems.
  • Experience with platforms such as Trend, Schneider, Siemens, Honeywell, Tridium Niagara, Delta, or Distech is desirable.
  • Excellent fault-finding and communication skills.
  • Full driving licence.
