RGB Recruitment is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative for a full-time, agency temporary role covering a three-month absence in Yeovil, paying £13.45 per hour.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining communal outdoor spaces, including grass, shrubs and hedges.
- Performing soft landscaping and minor tree work.
- Responding to reactive maintenance issues, clearing hazards and dumped items.
- Planning and managing a fortnightly maintenance schedule.
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a supportive team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Practical grounds maintenance or horticultural experience.
- A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence (towing licence desirable).
- PA1 & PA6AW and/or NPTC qualifications are desirable but not essential.
