Shift Pattern
Double day shift rotation 6:00am – 2:00pm 2:00pm – 10:00pm Monday to Friday with ongoing, long-term work.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Production Operative, your duties will include: Safely handling, sorting and moving products and materials throughout the production facility.
- Operating Forklift Trucks to transport products and materials across the site.
- Full FLT training is provided, with forklift operation forming a key part of the role.
- Carrying out visual quality inspections and identifying damaged or defective products.
- Inspecting pallets and loads to ensure they are secure, stable and ready for dispatch.
- Preparing products for collection and distribution.
- Working closely with colleagues to meet production and operational targets.
- Following all health, safety and quality procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Requirements
