The Client Support Advisor position in Wolverhampton, WV10 9LE, offers a permanent, office-based role with a salary of £26,520, rising to £27,040 after training.

Working Monday to Friday, full-time applicants are welcome, though two part-time candidates seeking a job share will also be considered.

Rather than simply answering calls, you become an extension of client businesses, delivering warm, professional service across diverse sectors.

Daily tasks vary, from managing busy diaries for consultants to booking appointments for clinics or assisting IT, telecoms, financial, and property firms.

The Client Support Advisor role

You''ll become a trusted extension of our clients'' businesses, delivering exceptional service on every call.

Responsibilities

  • Answering calls professionally on behalf of multiple clients
  • Managing diaries and booking appointments accurately
  • Taking detailed messages and forwarding them promptly by email and Whats App
  • Representing each client with confidence, warmth and professionalism
  • Prioritising urgent enquiries while maintaining excellent service standards
  • Using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Capsule CRM and bespoke software
  • Managing several tasks and priorities in a busy office environment
  • Working as part of a friendly and supportive office team

About you

  • Proven experience in a customer service, reception or telephone-based role
  • An excellent telephone manner and strong spoken and written English
  • Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confidence using computer systems and learning new software
  • The ability to stay calm and organised while juggling different priorities
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
