Overview
Warehouse Supervisor position based in Banbury, Oxfordshire. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm contract with a salary of £32,000 per annum. Reporting to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a warehouse operations team.
- Set clear objectives and performance expectations.
- Delegate workloads effectively and manage team priorities.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance, taking action where required.
