This is a high‑profile leadership role, combining strategic financial leadership with hands‑on commercial partnership.
You will work closely with the senior leadership teams in both markets, providing insight, challenge and direction to support sustainable growth and strong business performance.
With responsibility for two important European markets, you will bring together financial rigour, commercial thinking and strong leadership, ensuring that finance is a true partner to the business.
You will have overall responsibility for the financial performance, planning and governance of the UK and German businesses, including:
- Leading and developing the finance teams across both markets
- Driving budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning
- Providing clear commercial insight to the UK and German leadership teams
- Owning financial reporting, controls, governance and compliance
- Managing cash flow, working capital and overall financial performance
- Supporting strategic decision‑making, investment cases and business growth
- Ensuring consistency and best practice across the two finance operations

- A recognised professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
