Multi-Skilled Builder - Glascoed, South WalesWe are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Builder to join the in-house construction and maintenance team at a large industrial manufacturing site in Glascoed.This is a hands-on role carrying out a variety of planned and reactive building maintenance works across a busy site, including roofing repairs, concrete works, flooring installations, masonry repairs, suspended ceilings, decorating, and general fabric maintenance.Requirements:NVQ Level 2 (minimum) in a Building-related trade or equivalentExperience in general building maintenance and repairsAbility to read technical drawings and solve practical problemsStrong communication and teamwork skillsJoinery/workshop experience desirableCSCS, Abrasive Wheels and Forklift qualifications advantageousThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established maintenance team on a long-term industrial site project.TPBN1_UKTJ
